룻은 ㅅㅜㄹ(술)의 한글 배열을 거꾸로 쌓아 올린 형상입니다. 모든 식(食)에 대한 근원을 탐구하며, 익숙한 식문화를 재조명하여 새로운 관점으로 바라봅니다.

We strive for a profound understanding and reinterpretation of food culture.

"룻" is "술" (which means alcohol in Korean) spelled backward. We delve into the origins of all foods, offering a fresh perspective on familiar culinary traditions. By reexamining these customs, we aim to rediscover and appreciate them in new and innovative ways.
